Today was just a weigh in day to set the baseline. As well as to start figuring out how I would document the process.

I started the morning out with a bowl of steel cut oats and peanut butter. This will hopefully be the last remnants of a non-keto diet. I forgot that it was start day when I woke up. oops.

For lunch I had 2 single serving pieces of Tillamook Colby Jack and a 1/4lb hamburger patty. While eating lunch I decided to also cook a pack of meatballs for later. I had a couple of them before putting the remaining 10 in the refrigerator.

Somewhere throughout the day I had 3 cups of coffee, each with about 1/2 oz of heavy cream in them.

Since this project just started, with no pre-planning, you’ll all get to learn with me on the journey. I decided I wanted to really track what I’ll be eating, so I ordered a kitchen scale off of Amazon.

Late in the afternoon I did 1/2 of a HIIT workout from Apple Fitness+

For dinner I ate a couple of the meatballs from lunch with some yellow bird hot sauce. You’ll probably see this make many appearances in my food logs.

I found out way too late that my lens went out of focus. Sometimes life is like that; a little unclear on how to get started with a project.
