Even though my weight appeared to be creeping up when I weighed in yesterday, it has continued its retreat today. I’m still maintaining a weightloss rate of about 2/3lb per day.

I started this morning out with a pot of French press. I’ve decided to try 40 grams of Ethiopia before I increase the amount again. I had a cup with about 1/2 of heavy cream and did 15 pushups. I woke up early, so I wasn’t quite ready to eat.

For breakfast, I made scrambled eggs and bacon for me and my girlfriend. I had 2 eggs and 3 pieces of uncured no sugar bacon.

I had another morning coffee, but from Starbucks this time. I ordered a 12oz breve. I realize that I LOVE breves from my local roaster, Kaladi Brothers, but breves from Starbucks are pretty bland.

For a pre-lunch snack I had 3 pork meatballs and a lime spindrift.

I took a late lunch and met my girlfriend at burger-fi. I had a single bacon cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap. It took a lot of will power not to eat some of her fries.

Later in the afternoon I had 45g of cheddar to snack on before cooking the last of my tack meat (1/3lb) for dinner. That was also topped with about 40 grams of cheddar. I washed it down with a lime spindrift and had another 170 cal of dark chocolate for dinner.
