Hello! Today started out with what is apparently becoming my morning cheese snack – roughly 60g of sharp cheddar. The rest of the morning consisted of 2 cups of coffee, each with about 1/2 oz of heavy cream.

Around lunch I had another slice of cheese, around 40g, and then had a bacon caesar salad at roughly 160 calories and finished with 10 pushups

Later in the afternoon I ended up snacking on around 100g of cheddar, and enjoyed a lime spindrift. I also snuck in a serving of dark chocolate at 170 calories.

In the late afternoon I got in the apple fitness workout below for 10 minutes.

I ended the day with a hamburger patty coming it at roughly 1/3 lb. I threw on some yellow bird hot sauce for flavor.
