Today, on day 20 of my keto journey, I find myself navigating through the day’s challenges with a sense of determination, despite feeling a little bunched up. But with each hurdle I face, I’m reminded of the importance of staying focused on my health and wellness goals.

In the morning, I start my day with a hearty breakfast of two scrambled eggs and five pieces of bacon. It’s a familiar and comforting meal that provides me with the fuel I need to tackle the day ahead.

To ease into the day, feeling a little forgiving, I treat myself to a tan mocha breve, its rich and creamy flavor serving as a much-needed pick-me-up. And as I sip on my coffee, I take a few moments to focus on my breath and center myself, allowing the warmth of the beverage to wash away any lingering feelings of unease.

As the day progresses, I find myself reaching for a simple lunch of pork meatballs with salsa and a refreshing lime Spindrift. It’s a light and satisfying meal that helps to ease the tension in my muscles and restore a sense of balance to my day.

In the afternoon, I indulge in a small Caesar salad, savoring each crisp bite as I reflect on the challenges and triumphs of my keto journey. And as evening approaches, I enjoy a hearty dinner of BBQ pork and ground beef, the flavors mingling together in a symphony of deliciousness.
