As I embark on week 5 of my keto journey, I find myself riding the waves of change with a sense of determination and resilience. Like the ebb and flow of the ocean, my journey has been filled with highs and lows, but I’m learning to navigate through it all with grace and perseverance.

In the morning, I start my day with a comforting 16oz mocha breve, its rich and creamy flavor serving as a gentle wave of energy to kickstart my day. As I savor each sip, I’m reminded of the importance of finding balance in all things, including my dietary choices.

For lunch, I indulge in a satisfying 1/2lb of carnitas from Taco King, the savory flavors washing over me like a refreshing wave of satisfaction. And to accompany my meal, I enjoy a few corn chips with salsa, adding a touch of crunch and spice to my afternoon. And by a few, i literally mean 5. I do miss devouring a bag of chips and salsa.

As the day unfolds, I find myself reaching for a small serving of Colby Jack cheese, its mild flavor a welcome addition to my evening routine. And for dinner, I treat myself to an asada caesar salad from Serrano’s, the crisp greens and savory meat combining to create a deliciously satisfying meal.

As I reflect on my journey so far, I’m reminded of the importance of embracing the ups and downs, the twists and turns, and riding the waves of change with grace and resilience.
