It’s day 8 of my keto journey, and I’m feeling more determined than ever to stick to my goals. The morning started off with my usual routine of a cup of coffee to kickstart my day. I followed it up with a serving of raw mixed nuts to keep hunger at bay until breakfast.

As the morning progressed, I found myself reaching for another cup of coffee, this time with a generous splash of heavy cream to add a creamy richness to my morning pick-me-up. By midday, I was ready for a more substantial meal, so I indulged in a juicy 1/3 pound hamburger topped with sharp Tillamook cheddar. It was the perfect balance of protein and fats to keep me satisfied and fueled for the rest of the day.

In the afternoon, I made sure to carve out some time for a quick workout session on Apple Fitness+. Just 10 minutes of exercise was enough to get my heart pumping and boost my energy levels. Afterward, I treated myself to a bacon Caesar salad, accompanied by a refreshing lime Spindrift sparkling water.

As the evening approached, I reached for a 12-ounce breve to keep my energy levels up. And for a snack, I enjoyed a serving of sharp cheddar cheese, satisfying my cravings for something savory. Finally, for dinner, I savored a delicious chicken tikka masala, followed by a small portion of dark chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth.
