It’s day 10 of my keto journey, and I’m feeling proud of the progress I’ve made so far.
The morning kicked off with a quick workout session of 10 pushups. It’s a small but impactful way to start my day and get my blood flowing. Afterward, I enjoyed my usual cup of coffee, adding just a splash of heavy cream for that creamy goodness.
For breakfast, I decided to enjoy some leftover tikka masala from last night’s dinner. It’s one of my favorite keto-friendly meals, packed with flavor and protein to keep me satisfied until lunchtime.
As the morning turned into afternoon, I treated myself to a half sweet mocha breve. It’s my little indulgence to keep me going through the day, and the touch of sweetness is the perfect pick-me-up.
Lunchtime rolled around, and I opted for a quarter-pound hamburger topped with salsa. It’s a simple yet satisfying meal that hits the spot without derailing my keto progress.
By late afternoon, I found myself craving more of that delicious tikka masala, so I heated up the leftovers for a quick and easy dinner. I paired it with a refreshing lime Spindrift to add a burst of flavor without any extra calories or carbs.
As I reflect on my day, I’m reminded of the importance of consistency and balance on this keto journey. By making mindful choices and listening to my body’s cues, I’m able to stay on track while still enjoying the foods I love.
