As I wrap up week 3 of my keto journey, I can’t help but feel a little pooh bear-like – snug and content in my routine, yet always ready for the next adventure that awaits.
In the morning, I start my day with a comforting cup of coffee, infused with a splash of heavy cream to kickstart my energy levels. As I sip on my brew, I feel a sense of warmth and comfort wash over me, much like the embrace of a cozy blanket on a chilly morning.
For breakfast, I enjoy two pork meatballs, their savory flavors filling me with satisfaction and delight. And as the morning progresses, I indulge in a delightful combination of prosciutto and mozzarella, a light and refreshing snack that leaves me feeling energized and ready to tackle whatever the day may bring.
As lunchtime rolls around, I savor a single serving of Colby Jack cheese and a small Caesar salad, their crisp textures and bold flavors tantalizing my taste buds and leaving me feeling satisfied and nourished.
In the afternoon, I treat myself to a decadent tan mocha breve, its creamy richness a delightful indulgence that brightens my mood and lifts my spirits. And as the evening approaches, I enjoy a hearty dinner of all-natural pork meatballs, followed by a brief workout to get my body moving and grooving.
To round off the day, I indulge in a spoonful of almond butter and a delicious Panino, their comforting flavors providing the perfect end to another successful day on my keto journey.
