Day 3 started out with about 1/4 lb taco meat from the night before and added about 150 calories worth of shredded Tillamook extra sharp cheddar cheese to it. As long as i like eating the meal, i don’t mind eating it for leftovers for days to come.

After breakfast, I made a pot of coffee and continued my morning. I had a cup of it along with 1/2 oz of heavy cream. Almost immediately, I followed it up with a second cup.

For lunch, I ate some leftover pork meatballs with some yellowbird hot sauce. Now that I think about it, maybe it was closer to a snack. It was about 220 calories.

I must have needed a bit more because my journal told me later that afternoon I also ate a large slice of Tillamook extra sharp cheddar (90cal) and then had some more coffee.

Even later in the afternoon I had about 10g of some raw unsalted mixed nuts and then another coffee with more heavy cream (1/2oz)

I decided to sneak in 10 pushups before going back to work for a bit.

Before I started cooking dinner I had a large slice of sharp cheddar (38g) and ate a leftover 106g. hamburger patty. I had another 74g of taco meat and 24g of cheese.

At this point you’re probably wondering about my cholesterol, and general well being. I should report in that I don’t get any food cravings throughout the day, and my energy levels are feeling very level. No energy spikes or crashes throughout the day.

I know there’s tons of room for improvement. If you’ve got suggestions, throw them in the comments.
